By accessing and using VibeShot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. VibeShot provides AI-powered photo transformation services through vibeshot.me.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VibeShot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the AI transformation service to you. We do not claim ownership of any photos you upload or the AI-generated results.
3. Usage Rights for AI-Generated Photos
The usage rights for your AI-generated VibeShots depend on your purchased package:
Starter Pack ($15)
Personal usage only — perfect for personal profiles, LinkedIn, social media, dating apps.
Pro Transformation ($29)
Full commercial rights — use in professional publications, corporate materials, and commercial campaigns.
Ultimate Vibe Suite ($49)
Full commercial rights + print-ready — all commercial uses, plus high-resolution exports for print.
4. User Representations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- ✓You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- ✓You will only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have given explicit consent.
- ✓You will not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
- ✓You will not attempt to access the Service through automated or non-human means.
- ✓Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Purchases and Refunds
VibeShot sells digital AI photo transformation packages. All sales are final once your AI-generated photos have been delivered to your email or made available in your account gallery.
If you experience a technical error that prevents delivery of your photos, or if your results are significantly different from what was expected, please contact support@vibeshot.me within 7 days of purchase. We offer retry tokens (included in Pro and Ultimate packages) to help address unsatisfactory results.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall VibeShot, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, or other intangible losses) arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our absolute aggregate liability to you for any claim or action whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), is strictly capped at the lesser of:
Maximum Liability Cap:
(a) The total amount paid by you to VibeShot for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or
(b) The price of the largest standard photo package available on our Site at the time the claim arose (currently $49 USD/AUD).
You agree that this cap represents a fair allocation of risk, and that you would not be able to access or use the Service without agreeing to this limitation.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, your use of the Service, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and VibeShot explicitly agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
